We have teamed wtih Efficiency Productions to bring Amercian Made quality products to Alaska. Efficienty Productions has been the premier manufacturers of American shoring system fabrication for over 40 years. They have grown and enhanced their product with inovative ideas and tried and true designs. We are coordinating with them to make sure that you, the contractor has the appropriate shoring to meet your needs.
“We discovered through the use of trench shields that we were able to keep our trenches narrower and thereby increase our daily pipe production while decreasing our installation and restoration costs."

SLIDE RAIL SYSTEM
What is Slide Rail?
Efficiency Production’s Slide Rail is a component system comprised of steel panels and posts. It is commonly used as a cost-effective alternative to traditional driven closesheeting. The universal system can be used in a variety of configurations to meet any shoring challenge, particularly in poor soil conditions or near adjacent structures.
Where is Slide Rail Used?
Efficiency’s Slide Rail can be custom-engineered to shore:
• Large and small vault installations
• Pump stations, lift stations, and wet-wells
• Large tanks
• Footings and foundations
• Press pits inside buildings
• Long pipe joints
• Parallel water-mains
• Boring Operations
How is Slide Rail used?
Slide Rail is installed simultaneously as the trench or pit is excavated by sliding the panels into rails on the posts, and then pushing the panels and posts incrementally down to grade as the pit is dug; a process commonly referred to as a “dig and push” system. Slide Rail posts have eithera double or triple rail which telescope panels to required depth.
NEW PRODUCTS
Ground Quick-Release Shackle
In the process of installing Slide Rail, the shackle connecting the top of posts, panels, and sheeting must be removed manually. This is normally done by climbing on a ladder to reach the top. The innovative new Ground Quick-Release™ Shackle has a spring loaded pin that when pulled by a connecting rope, retracts and frees the shackle from the ground.
Slide Rail Barrier Post & Guard Rail
Slide Rail shored excavations typically remain open for extended periods of time. Efficiency’s new Barrier Posts & Guard Rail are an easy, OSHA compliant fall protection device. The posts have a telescoping guard rail that fits all lengths of Slide Rail panels. The posts’ adjustable shoes also fit 3-8 inch trench shield sidewalls.
